3. Size of the Zip File is 1.28 GB So make sure you are on the WiFi Connection
4. Extract the ZIP File using  ZArchiever Pro ( Download By Clicking On Name)
5. Install the APK File but don’t Run the Game Yet!
6. Copy the OBB Folder and paste it in the Android > OBB Directory
7. Game is installed but it will say that its not available in your Area for that We need to Use VPN App which has the option to Connect to a Philippines Server.
